I had a cellphone case from Accessory Geeks, I broke it and could not remember who I ordered it from. The damage was my fault. The cellphoneshop's web page looked familiar so I ordered it from them. It came with missing pieces and the face plate did not fit. The Customer Service offered a refund for a return and PAYING SHIPPING ON THE RETURN. Double shipping for a defective product. I found the invoice where I had ordered the original from Accessorygeeks(AGs) I ordered from them and got everything promptly in perfect condition with free shipping.
