How Angie's List works:
- As a member, sign in to AngiesList.com to find a highly rated service company.
- Read detailed reports on specific service companies from other members in your area.
- Make an informed hiring decision and report your own experiences.
Oh, and service companies can't self-report or buy their way onto the List. (We get that question a lot and dedicate an extraordinary amount of time and effort to prevent it.)
Angie's List members receive:
- Access to thousands of local reports across more than 300 service categories.
- Subscription to our award-winning Angie's List Magazine.
- Penalty Box to see which companies aren't pulling their weight.
- Complaint resolution should a problem arise with a company.
- Coupons from highly rated service companies.
- Discounts to local museums, concerts and sporting events.

Description of Work: Most recently, a blood pressure check up.
Member Comments: The doctor is totally responsive. Everybody in the office is friendly and knows you on the street. He's been my doctor for 18 years, and he is always right! He noticed a problem in my husband's heart that no other specialist was able to find, and sure enough there was a problem!

Description of Work: Annual physical exam.
Member Comments: Overall exam went well, but when checking my ears the doctor noticed some wax, and casually said, "Should I take that out for you?" I said sure. It took two seconds. But when my bill came, they charged a whopping $350 for "surgery" to remove the wax! After all was said and done, it cost me just shy of $50. That doesn't count the hundreds paid by the insurance company. When I called the office to complain, I was told that EVERYTHING is charged extra, and I should ask about each procedure at the time of service. This means that you should ask if they charge you to take your blood pressure or weigh you or perform any blood tests. Beware!
